ReMEAF --Renmin Magnetic Easy Axis Finder

automates finding a material’s magnetic easy axis by running batch noncollinear VASP calculations over spin‑axis orientations and using simulated annealing to locate the lowest‑energy magnetization.

ReMoMag — Deal with Moire Magnetism

simulates moiré magnetism from VASP files: extracts local exchange bonds, maps geometry to exchange parameters (𝐽), builds magnetic supercells with spatially modulated 𝐽, runs classical spin Monte Carlo, and outputs visualizations.

Database

Hetero-Interfaces

Many materials databases are focused on crystal materials. However, more diversed possibilities could be found in heterostructures comprised of several crystaline thin-films. Their interfaces, known as hetero-interfaces, are thus highly challenge to be collected in a big-data depository. Here, we aim to build a 2D hetero-interfaces database which contains diverse types of 2D hetero-interfaces with different twisted angles and lattice constants.
